PCTFE Trifluoro-196℃
PCTFE (Polychlorotrifluoroethylene) is a crystalline thermoplastic fluoropolymer. It is produced by free radical polymerization of trichlorotrifluoroethylene monomers. Its unique molecular structure (-CF₂-CFCl - repeating units) makes it one of the few high-performance materials that can operate stably at -196℃ (liquid nitrogen temperature) for a long time. It possesses excellent low-temperature toughness, extremely low gas/humidity barrier properties, strong chemical inertness, and high dimensional stability. It is indispensable in high-precision fields such as cryogenic engineering, semiconductors, aerospace, and medicine.
PEEK engineering plastics series
Its molecular main chain is composed of alternating ketone and ether bonds connecting aromatic rings. The unique chemical structure endows it with excellent comprehensive properties such as high temperature resistance, high strength, and resistance to chemical corrosion. It is currently one of the highest-performance materials that can be processed on conventional thermoplastic equipment. It is widely used in high-precision and industrial fields such as aerospace, medical, electronics, and automotive, and is hailed as the "King of High-Performance Engineering Plastics".

Ball valve seat
t is the core sealing component of the ball valve. It is installed inside the ball valve and closely adheres to the ball to form a sealing pair. PFA series
